Marsh Marigold, also known as Kingcup, thrives near water, on pondsides, in water meadows and wet woodlands.  The leaves are dark green and heart shaped and the flowers shiny, golden yellow.  The plant is poisonous.

The Marsh Marigold is well suited to damp gardens, woodlands and pond edges.
