Harebell
Campanula rotundifolia
Full description
Harebells have extremely attractive, delicate blue flowers and are typically found on low, infertile and mostly alkaline grassland.
Harebells can also be planted into terracotta pots and rockeries. They thrive in dry, sunny, infertile sites where the area is cut at least once a year. They are an important nectar source for butterflies. They can be pollinated by bees.
